American Roofing Pro does not sell or share your personal information. We never have and we have no plans to. The information you provide through our website (contact form, online estimator) is used only to respond to your roofing inquiry and is never sold, rented, or otherwise transferred to third parties for their commercial use.

How to submit a request

To submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, or any other CCPA/CPRA request (know, delete, correct, limit), use any of the methods below. We will respond within 45 days. Although we do not sell or share personal information, you may still submit a request to confirm this.

Verification

To protect your information, we may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. Verification usually involves confirming the email address and phone number you previously gave us, or asking about details only you would know.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The authorized agent must submit proof of your written authorization, and we may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

Sensitive personal information

We do not collect or process sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA (for example, government identifiers, financial account credentials, health information, precise geolocation).

Global Privacy Control
